Current:
Service 28 & 28A diversion from Taunton to Minehead until October 2026
The FirstBus service 28 & 28A, which operates between Taunton and Minehead, will have a slight diversion for the outbound Taunton to Minehead route.
When the service departs Taunton's Castle Way, it'll continue as normal as far as Greenway Road, but will then divert at the mini roundabout and go via Bindon Road to get to the Cross Keys Roundabout, and which point the service will resume towards Minehead.
The bus stops at "Westerkirk Gate (West)" and "Staplegrove Village Hall" that head towards Minehead will not be served.
The bus route heading into Taunton will not be affected, except for possible delays going through Staplegrove.
Wellington New Road traffic light works
The traffic lights along New Wellington Road are to be replaced over the next month, which might cause delays for the 22 services, as well as the Park & Ride.
